All contracted balances are due and payable before event or by the end of service on the date of event.  Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted. Balances that are paid by credit card will be charged 10-14 days prior to service date and are non-refundable, unless other payment arrangements are made. Any charter running 10 minutes into the next hour that is not in contract will be charged a full hour for each hour thereafter.  Deposits will be forfeited by customer if cancellation is made, no refunds, no exceptions. After Hours Limousines will not be responsible for any pick-up delays due to heavy traffic, unfortunate acts of nature or last minute time changes due to unforeseen circumstances. After Hours Limousines reserves the right to have its service provided by another selected agent and is therefore released from any liability under the sub-contractor service agreement and waiver.  Depending on availability, After Hours Limousines reserves the right to substitute any vehicle for another vehicle.  If this contract is referred to or turned over to any legal representation and/or any type of collective services, customer will be responsible for all fees incurred. After Hours Limousines and their drivers are not responsible for any personal items of any sort left behind and/or lost inside vehicles during charters or at any time.  If customer or anyone in their party intentionally and/or accidentally causes damage to vehicle, the cost of loss of use of vehicle, repairs, and/or unusual cleaning expense will be charged to customer’s account.  Total charges are based on final itinerary, which may not be the same as the preliminary estimate.  There are no warranties, express or implied.  It is illegal for any persons under the age of 21 years of age to consume any type of alcoholic beverages inside of any After Hours Limousines’ vehicles.  Violations will cause immediate termination of the charter with no refund.  There are no transfer rights in this contract, this contract is an agreement between After Hours Limousines and the customer in this contract.  Any left over and unused time paid for by the customer cannot be transferred to any other individual unless otherwise stated in this contract.  Any decisions made regarding refunds, rests solely under the discretion of After Hours Limousines.  Sorry, no refunds on cancellations, although cancellations may be rescheduled for a later date.  After hours Limousines reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  By signing below I certify that I am an adult over the age of 18 years and have the capacity to enter into contract.  By contracting the services of After Hours Limousines, I agree I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood that I am bounded by the terms and conditions set forth in this contract and allow my credit card account to be used as the form of payment for all charges.  Thank You, For choosing After Hours Limousines for your Special Affair.
