  I understand that drugs are strictly prohibited and that I am responsible for any damages to the limousine caused by myself or anyone in my party.
  
  Passengers will be held responsible for all damage, negligence or intentional misconduct. I understand there is a mandatory vomiting fee of $500.00. NO EXCEPTIONS. Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines. I understand that there will be a $200.00 non-refundable fee for all charters that are not cancelled (7) days before the event and 100% of the total charge if not cancelled within 24 hours of the date of service. State Law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 years to consume alcoholic beverages in this limousine.  After hours Limousines is not responsible for articles left in vehicles.
